Meeting Spaces & Resources

Our meeting spaces vary from cozy (seating 35) to spacious (seating 450) and from fully equipped indoor auditoriums to campfire bowls under the stars. You can choose the environment that will best help you communicate your message.
Because a significant portion of our operating budget is underwritten by the Northern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, groups affiliated with that organization may qualify for a 20% discount off the rates listed here. Adventist organizations from other conferences may receive a 10% discount. If you have questions about eligibility for either of these discounts, just give us a call at 530/929-3610.


Caldor Room



Located in the Leoni Lodge, this meeting room is just upstairs from our dining room and is our largest meeting room. With a raised podium and full AV capabilities controlled at the back of the auditorium it is perfect for group presentations or worship services.

Fireside Room



Located in the Leoni Lodge, this meeting room is off the Caldor Room. A central fire hood is surrounded by three carpeted risers for seating. Although it can be reached from outside the building, the best access is through the Caldor Room.

Headquarters Meeting Room



This meeting room is located in the Headquarters Building, a short walk on a paved sidewalk from the Leoni Lodge with the dining room. It also has residential kitchen equipment and can be used for meals.

Steely Creek Lodge



This separate building (previously known as the craft building) is perfect for smaller groups who also want to prepare their own food. It is located across the main road from the cabin area and includes a small commercial kitchen.

Meadow View Inn Upper Lobby



In the Meadow View Inn, this meeting space is located on a balcony overlooking the Lower Lobby. The two lobbies share space and therefore sound, making it unlikely you would want to schedule two activities there simultaneously. With couches and upholstered chairs, this lobby creates a relaxed environment. If you do not need additional chairs set up and you are willing to take your chances that no other group has reserved it, you can use it without a reservation. However, we will not be able to guarantee someone else won't be using it.

The Forks



Located in the daylight basement of the Meadow View Inn, this meeting room has windows and exterior access.

Campfire Bowl



On the edge of the meadow with trees as a backdrop, the Campfire Bowl is located outside within sight of the Leoni Lodge. A paved sidewalk runs nearby. Long wooden benches provide seating and lighting is available for evening hours.

Church Bowl



The Church Bowl is tucked in the forest and surrounded by evergreens. Long wooden benches provide seating, and the sun or moon and stars provide lighting. The only access is a dirt and wood chip path.

Camp Council Bowl



The Camp Council Bowl is our most easily accessed outdoor meeting space. It is located in Base Camp, near Headquarters and the cabin area. It is in a natural amphitheatre.

Campfire Circles



Our Campfire Circles offer a distinctly outdoor experience. Two are available near Base Camp, one close to the cabins and one in the RV camping area. (The campfire circles located in our Cowboy and Indian outpost camp areas are approximately one mile from Base Camp and are available only to groups staying in those outpost camps.) They each have wood chipped areas for sitting on the ground and offer remote, unique alternatives with plenty of ambience, no lighting to disturb the night sky and no PA equipment to distract from the quiet.

Morrisonville



In a natural amphitheater, Morrisonville offers a boardwalk and storefront backdrop for meetings and programs. It is located past Cowboy Camp, about a mile from Base Camp. While a paved road will get you most of the way there, the last few yards are on a dirt and wood chip path. Parking nearby is limited.
